SpaHalekulani announces the first half of the 2020 Lineup of Living Well Interactives

SpaHalekulani is proud to present the first half of the 2020 lineup of the Living Well Interactive programming.  Our new immersive and restorative Living Well interactive Series is designed around the latest health and wellness topics to encourage guests to embrace and maintain a wholesome and healthy lifestyle while traveling.

“A healthy way of life requires more than just a balanced diet,” said Kamala Nayeli, Director of Spa and Wellness at SpaHalekulani. “Our Living-Well program is designed to help guests make healthy lifestyle choices every day, beyond their stay at the hotel. With these mindful choices, guests can increase the length and quality of their lives, boost their immunities and also enhance emotional health.”

SpaHalekulani’s Living-Well program provides guests with the tools to self-motivate, self-regulate and create lasting change. Each 75 minute workshop takes place the second Saturday of each month, hosted by resident Lifestyle Coach, Kamala Skipper, CHHC or a visiting wellness expert.  All lectures are constructed to lead to transformative experiences that ultimately result in everlasting positive change. The lineup for the first half of the year are as follows:

  • February - Rekindle the Romance, offers guests the opportunity to learn creative ways to fall in love all over again and to stay connected with those they love. Essential Oils and Organic Chocolates will be provided.

  • March - The Law of Attraction, led by acupuncturist and herbalist Elizabeth Maximin, L.Ac., will discuss how our thoughts and actions can help us overcome obstacles and achieve life goals.

  • April -  Writing Your Way to Well-being. Led by Kamala Skipper, this interactive will focus on understanding how the ritual of journaling can enhance one’s emotional, spiritual and physical health. Writing tools will be provided.

  • May -  Take Back Your Sleep, will explore how one’s quality of sleep, or lack thereof, can affect overall health. Kamala Skipper, CHHC, will provide guests with practical tips to optimize their sleep and guide a meditation session.

  • June - Numerology – The Magic Behind the Numbers, in June with special guest Elizabeth Maximin, L.Ac., to discuss the origins and practices of Numerology and how this profound system can be used to influence, interpret and predict.
