Transport Yourself to Hawaii By Indulging in Halekulani’s Iconic Coconut Cake

Aside from the scenic oceanfront views and award-winning service, when people think of Halekulani, our iconic coconut cake comes to mind.  Guest and restaurant patrons alike have indulged in this signature dessert at one of our restaurants or at a Halekulani special event. 

As more people have chosen baking as their quarantine hobby of choice, why not transport yourself back to our tropical oasis in the heart of Waikiki by recreating our signature recipe at home?  Our “light-as-air” three layered sponge cake filled with an amaretto cream, topped with coconut flakes and accompanied with a vanilla cream and raspberry coulis will make you think that you are back in Hawaii listening to the Hawaiian music at House Without A Key, watching the waves in Waikiki and sipping a Mai Tai.
