Halekulani Bakery & Restaurant, located right across the street from the Halekulani lobby and adjacent to the Halepuna Waikiki lobby is the first branded food and beverage outlet outside of Halekulani. Enjoy a variety of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, coffees, and Halekulani signature dragees at the Bakery which provides indoor seating or outdoor lanai seating for those who prefer to “grab and go.” The restaurant offers all-day dining and features a locally inspired menu using indigenous ingredients.

Halekulani’s Executive Pastry Chef, Mark Freischmidt, will lead the bakery operation, working with Head Baker, Tatsuhiro Kaneshiro, from the acclaimed Imperial Hotel Tokyo, who brings the classic art of bread making with him.

Our convenient one stop-shop allows you to indulge in the latest one-of a kind treats from pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, and handmade chocolates to accompany your daily dose of coffee (which is brewed to order.) Freshly baked croissants are brought out at

6:30 am, 12:20 noon, and 3:00 pm Yakitate-style (right out of the over.)
